WHICH ONE WORKS BETTER ?
Aligned or unlined... It's Baguette - the french bread. Just google if you don't get it.
Unavoidable commodity for french ! ( Like roti for desis) I broke it into 3... just as people are divided into social classes, for instance.
these are wooden blocks - each 10 x 10 cm

I prefer unaligned one too!! specially the two crusty ends... :P
